UK Deliveries

OFFER - Free shipping on all orders over £75 (this offer applies to deliveries to the UK Mainland only). For deliveries outside the UK Mainland, please contact us for a quote.
Our standard charges below apply to orders under £75

We aim to despatch all items in stock within 2-5 days.  If your order is urgent please let us know, email anna@driftliving.co.uk and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.

Below are our costs for packaging and delivery.

Standard shipping for most products is £3.95 and this is with Royal Mail on their 2-5 day service.  
     
Some of our very small/light products qualify for FREE shipping.


 We try as much as possible to send items within the Standard Delivery Charges.  However, some products are fragile, heavy or oversized. We will contact you if this is the case to discuss the extra charges involved and give you the carriage options.  Please note that the extra charge is to ensure that your purchase reaches you in excellent condition.
 
 
Express Delivery
 
If you just cannot wait for your order we can send it on a 24hr Service. This service will guarantee delivery, of items that are in stock, by 5pm the day after you place your order provided that you do so before 1pm, Monday-Thursday. The cost for this service is £6.95 and if you would like us to send your order this way just give us a call and we'll sort it for you.

Overseas orders

We are able to send most items overseas using Royal Mail International signed for service. Overseas orders are normally sent via surface mail so please allow up to 28 days. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from GB Pounds to your own currency.

Europe and Scandinavia - £15.00

Rest of the World - £25.00


In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you by email to advise of an estimated delivery time (Please note this is not a fixed delivery date due to external forces being beyond our control), you have the right to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Flensted Mobiles - Please contact us if you would like to purchase outside the UK. We will try and put you in touch with an online retailer in your country or quote for shipping from the UK if required.

 

UK Returns

We have a no quibble guarantee. We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however if any item fails to meet with your approval then please let us know straight away and send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (the amount paid for the item/s) or exchange. All we ask is that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please check the parcel immediately upon receipt. Simply pop a note in the parcel with you name and order number and sent it to : Drift, 31b Castlegate, Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland, TD15 1LF.

When we receive the parcel we will refund your card (or send a cheque if this was the payment method) and we will of course send you an email to inform you of the refund.
We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Overseas Returns

Please note that all refunds to overseas orders will be made in British Pounds for the exact amount charged by us in Pounds.

Drift Living can not be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result of any such fluctuations. We would urge our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.

If the delivery address is outside the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information
